Hacienda Punta Piedra

About 45 minutes from the border (half way between Rosarita Beach and Ensenada) is a small quiet community called Punta Piedra. MC's mom owns a house that sits right on the water front. We head down there for weekend get-aways, family gatherings, and a ocassional party or two. There is nothing more relaxing than to watch the waves break into the rocks and shoot a spray of water 20'-30' high while watching the sunset.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spa/masage room, a formal dining room amd a very large chef's kitchen. Best of all, from the master suite you can watch the dolphins play, admire a few whales that go by. Paradise!

This the court yard and front entrance. Much of the house is decorated with contera stone that was bought in Guadajara and hand cut on site during construction.

What a view. This is what you see when you enter the house and look up .

The master suite has a breath taking ocean view, a sitting room, a steam shower and spa tub and a full 12x12 walk in closet.

The main kitchen has plenty of room and counter top space.

Towards the back of the house, there is a small spa and massage
area where up to four people at a time can receive a personalized
rub down.

Last year we hosted a day get-away for some of our friends
and co-workers. We hired a large tour bus, provided all the food
and drinks and also tossed in a massage for those who wanted it.

After a nice massage, how about relaxing with a few shots of tequila or your favorite liquid drink

And yes, there has even been a wedding (along with a full night of music, dancing and lots of good friends.
